Monday: The Second Day Of The Week!

I am in awe of the Word! I am in awe of the things I just read! Thank You, Lord for causing me to read the Book of Ruth, Psalm 110 and 111 and also the first chapter of Genesis!

Thank You for the instructions You gave to us to study the book of Ruth and to read the Books of Moses. Truly Ruth was a beautiful spirit... a beautiful woman. I ask that You would give me that spirit, O Lord. What must I do to have that spirit that she had? I see her dedication and devotion and also her obedience to do what she was told to do by her mother in law, Naomi. She did exactly as Naomi told her to do, and she is the Great Grandmother of King David! I was also noticing how Leah and Rachael were mentioned by the people when Boaz proposed to buy all that Naomi's husband had, which included getting Ruth. I see great women of old being spoken about, and how these people spoke about these women. I know that the Lord said for us to look at Sarah as our example as to what a woman is.
