"Why Do I Do What I Do?"
I enjoy what I am given to do, and money is
not the basis for me doing it! Ever since
I first started to work with my father at his
resale shop, when I was 16, I began to love to
talk to people and help people. I loved
being in sales and also being in a position to
help people to get what they needed to get.
At first, my motivation was the money that I
would make on commission, but over time, it was
truly a joy! It was a very joyful time to
open the resale shop and help the customers.
We learned how to treat people, how to sell and
we were also learning responsibility at a young
age.
This lesson followed me, later in life,
even when I was not at home with my parents.
I was later able to use this gift, that God gave
me, to open our own business. And the same
friendly principals that the Lord taught me,
when I worked for my parents, is the same that
we use now. I do what I do, because I love
this. And it just so happens that I am
also getting paid for doing what I love!
This is when it is no longer a job, or
work, but it is a joy. I do appreciate
what You have done for us, O God!
I was talking to our oldest son about
allowing the Lord to lead him into doing what it
is that he will be doing to make money. I
said, I never planned to have a computer
business. Just like I never planned on
having a resale shop, like we had before.
But each time we were led into something, by the
Lord, and I did not know what it was leading up
to, but He knew! He made a way for us and
provided us with a means for our livelihood.
We do what we do for the love of it, and money
should never be the basis of why we do certain
things.
It was spoken about a certain midwife who
said that she will come to help us, if we need
her and she did not say that she would come
expecting money. This is the example of a
good Samaritan! When you see someone in
need, you open the bowels of your compassion and
help them! This is a mighty thing and a
quality of a true midwife! A true midwife
will give nothing but comfort to the heart!
Thank You, Lord for showing me that.
"No Matter How I am Treated, I will Not
Return Evil For Evil!"
Do unto others as you would have them do unto
you.
I know that we do not always get treated the way
we treat others, but that does not matter.
God looks at how do we respond in situations.
Just because a person treats us with evil, that
does not mean that I will treat them that way.
I considered this even in business practices.
If a person deals deceitfully with me in a
business dealing and I have a chance to deal
with them, too, I will not treat them like they
treated me. I will not return evil for
evil. This is not the way that I have been
taught. And I know that the evil wants us
to return evil for evil, but I will be as the
Lord Jesus was, where no matter what was done to
Him, He still looked out for the good of others.
He still loved them and sought what He could do
to help them. Not only have I read about
this quality in the Bible, about the Lord Jesus,
but I have seen this same quality in Xmeah!
No matter what is said or done to him, he still
does not
retaliate and return evil to people for
what they have done.
The Lord puts righteousness on display for us to
see and to desire! I see it. I like
it, and I want it! Amen!
"Following What You are Told To Do!"
It is not for us to question why, but just to do
what we are told to do. It is obedience
that God is looking for from us. He sends
us Instructions through the mouth of the
Preacher and all we are to do is just obey them.
We are not even to have thoughts as to what will
be the end result to what we were told to do.
Just do as we are told, and what ever the end
result is, will be for our good! Faith is
what pleases God! Amen!
"Robin Williams Called Me Ugly!"
In a dream from last night, the Lord showed me
that I was sitting in a large auditorium.
Every night they would have a show, and the show
was the same show, but different people would
attend. It appeared as if I had already
attended one show, but now I was going back to
attend another one.
I was with some high government official, who I
considered could have been the President.
But I got up from sitting next to him and moved
to the row directly in front of him. What
was I doing with a high government official?
Then the show started, and Robin Williams came
off of the stage to interact with the crowd.
He walked up to me, sat down, and said that I
was a very ugly woman! Everyone started to
laugh! His words caught me by surprise,
because I was not expecting that at all! I
told him, "I am not ugly!"
I know that outwardly I am an ugly person, but
inwardly I am getting more and more beautiful!
I testify about that all the time, how in my
past I was a very attractive person, on the
outside. But inwardly I was an ugly and
very cruel person! But the closer I got to
the Lord, the more the outside started to change
and I did become more and more ugly, but the
inside was becoming more beautiful! There
are times, that I will look in the mirror and
say, "Hey, ugly!" and then I laugh!
People say, "Oh, you should not say that!" or
"You are not supposed to put yourself down like
that!" I am not putting myself down, but I
see how the Lord is building me up where I give
less and less attention to the outward man, and
I am more concerned with the inward man!
In the dream, Robin Williams was talking about
the way I looked. I am not a flashy or
stylish looking person. I am plain and I
do not do things, or wear things to draw
attention to myself! Let them see Jesus in
me! This is what I want to show the world!
When I spoke back and said I am not ugly, I was
referring to my inward beauty! But I do
not expect those of the world to see the inward
beauty. They get too caught up in the
outward appearance of people to take time to see
the true inner beauty!
There is nothing that we have, physically, that
is attractive to God! He said we all look
like grasshoppers to Him! And the flesh is
sin. It gets old and it deteriorates
daily, so why spend so much time on a thing that
is going to die anyway? We are to spend
more time fixing up that which will live
forever, and that is our soul! Amen!
My Lord, what is the meaning of Robin Williams
being shown in the dream?
"When One Does What the Lord said to Do and
Another Sees How God Blesses Them, They Become
Angry and Bitter!"
A situation like Cain and Abel. I saw
in a vision two midwives who worked together for
years. One was older and one was younger.
The older one had been in the profession longer
than the younger, but it was the younger who
showed the ways that were pleasing to God.
The Lord caused the business of the younger one
to prosper, and this caused the one who would
not do what God said to do, to become bitter and
angry!
God had told Cain, that if he did well,
too, that his offering would be accepted!
Could not both be blessed if both had done what
God told them to do?
The one that does not do what God wants
done, becomes moody and bitter at the one
who is doing what God said to do! To be
angry with someone without a cause is murder.
I do not hope to see the fall of anyone! I
continue to try to exhort and encourage a person
to get in the Way of the Lord and let God do
what He wants to do! But I also know that
God does not run behind people! He does
not beg! He does not need us, we need Him!
Thank You for the visions and the meditations, O
Lord! Thank
You for the Holy Ghost bringing the Word
back to my remembrance! Amen!
"God Separates Light And Darkness!"
Remember what God said
about not being unequally yoked with
unbelievers!
That means not to
join yourselves to unbelievers, or allow them to
be joined with you.
There is a lot to
learn from this situation.
You can see how
unbelievers will cause nothing but troubling to
the heart!
Unbelievers are
also robbers and thieves!
Unbelievers are
liars, and they will not speak the truth!
An unbeliever
cannot give comfort to your heart, because there
is no power to comfort in them!
On yesterday I had considered how it was the
fourth day of the week. It came to my
remembrance how God separated the Light from the
Darkness on that day! Also today I
meditated on not being unequally yoked with
unbelievers. Who is it that is your
partner?
In times past I had hired a certain person to
work with me in the shop. This person was
not a believer, like I was, but this person was
very knowledgeable with computers. Because
this person mocked the Lord, they had to be
removed from the business. The business
was about to fail because I had allowed an
unclean thing to enter into something that God
had established! We are not to be
unequally yoked with unbelievers. I do
thank You, O Lord for severing the ties that I
had with those who do not believe as I do.
Amen!
In the vision about the two midwives, I
considered how one says she believes in God and
that she knows that everything is going to be
ok, because she believes what we tell her that
God said to us. But the other midwife does
not believe us and does not have faith.
She needs to see things to believe it.
Blessed are they who believe without having to
see! One can hear and believe and one has
to see to believe. Is that not being
unequally yoked? How can there be harmony
and peace with one another when one believes one
way and the other believes another?
When I had hired this person to work with me,
and I heard what he said about the Lord, I had
to tell him that he cannot disrespect the One
Who was causing this business to be what it was.
The money that is made that feeds his family and
ours comes from God, and I cannot have someone
with me that disrespects God like that! A
choice had to be made, and it was a very easy
choice! I will not lose my help from God,
because without Him, I would have no business at
all! Amen!
"When You Need Me, I will Be There!"
I see a situation
whereby there is the situation like that of a
stone has been rolled over the mouth of the
cave; and, the wondering is about who will
remove this stone for us.
Were there not two
Angels standing at the entrance of that cave?
God gave Noah a
sign!
He sent a dove with
an olive branch plucked off in its mouth!
This was comfort
and peace to Noah!
I was given a dream from last night that showed
that I was sitting down at a large table.
There were other tables and chairs around me,
and it appeared like it was at a wedding feast,
or something to do with a wedding. The
Marriage Supper of the Lord, is what came to
mind. I did not see anyone there that I
recognized, but I did not feel alone. I
was very comfortable sitting there.
Then an old white woman and an old white man,
dressed in all white, walked up quietly behind
me. The woman put her hand on my shoulders
and when I looked up at her, she gave me a soft
kiss on my forehead. She told me, in a
very soothing way, "When you need us, we will be
there."
Her words were so comforting and so soothing to
me! I perceived that she was talking about
when it was time for me to give birth that they
would be there with me, to help me. In the
dream, I was still pregnant.
I do not know who these two were, but I
perceived that they were Angels of God, in the
form of human beings! There was a great
calmness that was around me, as she spoke and
gave me a kiss on my forehead that I did not
reject to. My Lord, You gave me comfort
and peace!
Everything around me was white. Everything
was calm. I did not speak, nor did I even
see a desire to speak. I never saw these
people before, but they knew me! I did not
reject to the touch, or the kiss.
This is what You taught us, through Xmeah, that
when he came into the presence of Holy Angels,
that his mouth closed and his ears opened up.
I saw this happening with me also, in this
dream!
Thank You, Lord for the Word You send forth to
us, through Xmeah about how we are not to be
like the women who went to the tomb and said,
"Who is going to remove this stone for us?"
When Mary's time came to give birth, who was
there with her? I rejoice in seeing how
the Holy Angels were with her at that time.
I do not know if I will have a midwife present
with me, or not, in the time that I give birth.
But what was shown in the dream was that I would
not be alone, and the Holy Angels, that are sent
to be Ministering Spirits would be there with
me. My help comes from You, O God!
Amen!
I just write as I hear. I did not plan to
write anything I just wrote what was coming to
me in meditations, this morning, and allowed the
Lord to fill in the blanks.
Walking blindly is what we are learning to do
and it really is a more peaceful way! When
we have in our minds what we want to do and when
we try to make plans, is when we get ourselves
into a lot of trouble! We are to keep our
minds in today, and follow step by step what the
Lord is telling us to do. My Lord, help me
to keep my mind in today and not to look into
the future. Because when my mind goes off
into the future, it leaves my body here, all
alone, and unprotected! Amen!
My Lord, What Does "Marco Polo" mean?
What is the
meaning of me being in a pool with all of these
children and playing a game called "Marco
Polo?"”
There is a game
of tag, called Marco Polo, and the way the game
goes, is there is one person who is "it," and
they have to keep their eyes closed, while they
swim around the pool, trying to find the other
people, by sound. They can call out
saying, "Marco!" and all the other people have
to answer, saying, "Polo!"”Once the person who
is "It," touches another swimmer, that person
then becomes "It," and the game starts all over
again!
In the dream, I
was with a lot of children, but I only
recognized Felicia in the dream. I do not know
who all of these other children belonged to. We
were all having a good time in the pool.
But the game was
not being played right.
It appeared as if
I was the one who would call out, saying,
"Marco!" but my eyes were not closed and I could
see where all the children were. But it was
Felicia who had to tag the other people, even
though I was the one who was supposed to be
"It."
I saw that
Felicia had her eyes closed, and one time she
passed real close to me, but I was able to move
through the water, away from her, without making
a sound, or moving the water, to where she would
not know just how close she was to tagging me!
My Lord, what
does this mean?
Yesterday, in the
evening time, I was talking to one of our sons
about how playing is idleness. There are people
who play video games for money, but this is
still idleness, even though they are making
money. I asked him, what did they produce?
He said they
produced money.
And I told him,
no, they made money, but they
produced nothing!
A man who builds
a house, produced a house for someone to live
in, and he made money! But a person who plays
video games for money, produces nothing!
The Lord taught
us to earn our money and work for it. We are not
given to playing games to try to make money.
Why were we
all shown as being in this pool playing?
What gets accomplished with playing, and why
were we shown as playing this one particular
game of tag? I do seek the understanding
to this dream, O Lord! Amen!
I looked up the
name Marco Polo and found out that he was a
Venetian Explorer, who documented his travels to
China.
I do ask that You
would bless us with the understanding to this
dream, O Lord. Amen!
In the game, Marco Polo, there is one person,
who goes about the pool blindly, trying to find
the other players. In reading of the
Website, today, which is now 05-01-2009, I was
given to understand about how some children are
oblivious to the troubles that parents go
through. They go about playing, as if
nothing is wrong.
I thank You, Lord for showing us our errors.
Thank You for giving me to acknowledge my
mistakes I have made in my choices. You
have given us a way out, and for that I thank
You for Your Mercy! Thank You for Psalm 51
