Why
are you following the Lord?

On
yesterday, the Lord was speaking to us, through
the mouth of the Man of God, Xmeah, telling us
that people would follow Jesus, but it was not
for the salvation that He could give them, but
for physical things! They followed because
of the food He could give them, and how He
healed the sick! In these days, people are
also seeking the Lord, but not for the salvation
of their own souls, but for the things that they
can get from Him!
The kids
once told me, "Mommy you have a lot of friends!"
And I corrected them and told them, "No, these
people just want something from me."
People talk to me and come over, but they are
not coming over as a friend, these are customers
who want a service from me. But as far as
for the Word, who comes to me seeking counsel,
or seeking the Word? I had only one in the
past, who did use to come, but now she does not.
People come to me looking for physical things,
and not for the Spiritual things I have to
offer.
A mighty
thing has happened to me, and I am seeing
miracles happening in my life. Not only
physically, but spiritually I am seeing some
marvelous things happen. Others hear about
the miracles and the healing that the Lord has
been doing for me, and they want this done, too.
But are they ready to follow the Lord, or are
they just wanting a healing without turning
their life over to God, and doing what He wants
done?
King
Hezekiah was on his sick bed and he was about to
die, but he spoke with the Lord and talked about
all the things he had done and all the things he
still proposed to do, and God gave him more
time! The Lord warned us before about we better
have some works there, before us to show God, so
that when we ask Him for more time, He will
grant it! But if we have no works to show
Him, why would He grant us more time?
I
acknowledge You, O Lord in the Help that You are
giving to me, even in giving me what to write.
I cannot be mechanical and just write, to say
that I wrote. But You have to give me what
to write and what to say. I waited upon
You, and You have blessed me, by giving me
something to do.
Thank You
for the praises coming forth also. Blessed
is all of the help that You give to us!
Blessed are You, O Lord God Holy Ghost, Who does
bring all things that we have learned of You,
back to our remembrance. Amen!
The Lord
will heal the people who are not saved, too.
But it would be better for the person, to have
their soul healed as well as their body.
I do not
like seeing conditions on people where they are
crippled and sickly. But I also know that
people must gain the spirit of temperance, to
where they will not do things that will cause
hurt to themselves. People have things
that they like, and these things are not good
for them, but yet they continue to take these
things and it is hurting them. The Lord
spoke to us about this a long time ago, through
Xmeah about how people would complain about
toothaches, but yet, they kept on eating sugar,
that caused the toothache! So if you are told
what is causing the pain, and you continue to
take it, don't cry to me! Amen!
This is the
same thing we tell the kids. We warn them
ahead of time about the types of males and
females that are in the world. We have
warned them and also told them, that if they get
caught by a devil, and when all hell breaks
loose, don't come crying to us about it!
We warned you and told you what was out there.
But if you choose to say that it is not as we
say it is, and you choose by the flesh, and get
burned, well, that is on you! Don't come
crying to me! Amen!
Your Way it
is truly beautiful and it is perfect, O Lord!
You caused
me to rise up this morning, and You refreshed
me, even when I still felt tired when I got up,
and I thank You for that. The choices are
always there as to what we are to do. But
I thank You for all of the help You give for us
to make right choices.
Teach me to
pray as I ought to pray, O Lord. Amen.
I ask for
Your help in this matter, O Lord. What
would You have me to do?
I hear
people speak and they do not know how they sound
to other people when they are speaking.
They sound so rude, even when they speak to one
that is higher than them! I do not hear the
humbleness, or reverence in their words.
They also speak in a bossy and demanding way.
I have also spoken to people to try to make them
aware of how they sound, especially when we are
in public, because this is something that does
not give a good representation of the Lord
Jesus. I have also heard people say that
they did not mean to sound that way. But
that is the way it came across, and it does not
sound good, to the unlearned. We have to
watch what we do and say, because we do not want
to show the world any ways that
would give them a chance to say something bad
about the Lord. We are to represent the
Lord at all times! Amen!
O God of my
Peace, be still and be Thou multiplied unto all!
Amen! |
